Terms and Conditions

Thank you for being part of this community. Your wellbeing and It is our highest goal for you to have a wonderful and memorable experience along every step of our journey together, from the first email exchange to the last goodbye hug.

We are a small and independent business that puts a lot of energy and love into making these retreats become reality and this is why we are not able to provide any refunds on reservation deposits. Please read our terms and conditions carefully and contact me anytime if you have questions.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT

For all keur retreats, we require a CHF 500 deposit in order to secure your spot. The enrollment is confirmed with the receipt of the deposit payment. By making this payment, you automatically agree to our terms and conditions. Please note that the reservation deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. There are no exceptions to this policy, for any reason. Please consider your circumstances well before placing your deposit.

REMAINDER PAYMENT

The remainder payment is due until four weeks prior to the start of the retreat. I you have to cancel after the four weeks mark, we will refund the remainder payment as follows:

50% until 2 weeks before retreat date

No refund between the two weeks mark before the retreat and the start date of the retreat.

IN CASE WE HAVE TO CANCEL THE RETREAT

In case we are not able to host the retreat we will provide a full refund on all payments made, reservation deposits included. Please note that we are not able to cover any personal expenses such as travel expenses, visa costs, work related losses, etc.

INSURANCE

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen that can be beyond your control. We recommend that you purchase a travel cancellation insurance to cover any possible loss. Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all of the cancellation fees. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.

NO EXCEPTIONS

Please note that if you arrive late or need to leave the retreat early, you will not receive any refund on the remaining time of your scheduled stay. There is no cancellation nor refund for any reason including, but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, illness, health conditions, medical or personal or family or work emergencies, bankruptcy, or change of mind. If you cannot reach the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances of any reason, including but not limited to strikes, travel bans, weather circumstances, and missed, delayed or canceled flights, retreat and training fees are unfortunately non-refundable.
